1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using beplated's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use beplated's services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This license does not include: modifying or copying the materials; using the materials for any commercial purpose; attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in beplated's services; removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transferring the materials to another person.

3. Service Description

beplated provides a restaurant ordering and management platform that enables restaurants to accept orders, manage their menu, and streamline operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with changes effective at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of beplated's services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining industry-standard security practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall beplated, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
